a substitute / part-time employee for the remainder of this school year
*This may have potential to also be a summer camp educator and then turn into a full-time employee for the 2025-26 school year
Elements Academy is a small independent private school in Braintree, MA for PreK-Grade 12.

Preferred skills & traits for ALL applicants:
Teacher certification and experience is preferred but (as a private school) not required
Flexible and adaptable - can see an opportunity where others may see an obstacle

Purposeful and mindful response to student’s needs
Ability to self-initiate, lead, and complete tasks

Desire to be outdoors - in all weather!
Doesn’t mind getting messy - outside or inside - mud, paint, food, and bodily fluids are all part of the deal!
