Playgroup actually began back in 2017 when I founded Breathe and Play Every Day, an inclusive family yoga studio.
After becoming a parent in 2014 — while navigating medical issues, postpartum depression, and life as a socially awkward introvert with a highly sensitive, colicky baby — I struggled to find a place where we felt like ourselves.
That experience is what inspired playgroup.
I’m beyond thrilled to be bringing it back through Elements Academy. Connection and attachment are at the heart of everything we do here.
Jessica, our early childhood and outdoor educator, brings a special warmth to playgroup. Whether she’s holding your baby, playing with your toddler, or making you a cup of coffee, you’ll feel right at home here.

Grow Together is a welcoming playgroup for children ages 0–3 and their caregivers to play, connect, and build community together.
We provide light refreshments each day — water, coffee, tea, and simple snacks — all included. You just show up as you are and we do this parenting thing together.

In the earliest years, children are not just learning skills — they are learning trust, connection, and what it feels like to belong.
Grow Together Playgroup was created for families who want space to connect: a place where little ones can explore through play, and caregivers can just breathe and find their people.
Because a baby’s connection to you is vital — and your connection to others matters just as much.

Do I need to attend every day?
No. You can choose a 5-pack, 10-pack, or 21-pack based on what works for your family.Do I stay with my child?

Playgroup meets every Tues, Wed, Thur from 9am-12pm.
Our doors are open throughout the morning — there’s no such thing as being late. Families are welcome to arrive and leave whenever works best.
Playgroup runs during the weeks of: June 16, June 23, July 7, July 14, July 21, August 4, August 11
